Moreish — Privacy Policy

Moreish is a “higher or lower” streak game by EIT LLC. We built it to be played anonymously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Anonymous device ID. A random identifier we generate on your device to keep your stats and to place you on leaderboards and in rooms. It is not your Apple ID and not the advertising identifier (IDFA).
• Display name (optional). If you enter a name for the leaderboard or a “play together” room, we store that name with your scores.
• Gameplay data. Scores, streaks, the daily challenge and room results.
• Usage analytics. Anonymous, aggregated events (for example: app opened, game started, game completed, share tapped) so we can understand and improve the game.

What we do NOT collect

• No account, email, phone number or real identity.
• No precise location.
• No advertising identifier (IDFA) and no cross-app or cross-site tracking.

How your data is used

To run the game features you use (leaderboards, the daily challenge, rooms) and to measure and improve the experience. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising profiles.

Service providers

• Supabase — stores leaderboard and room data (your anonymous ID, name and scores).
• PostHog — processes anonymous usage analytics.
• Cross-promotion. The app may show a house ad for our other app, FlexMatches. Tapping it opens that app’s page; we do not share your data with it.

Your choices & data deletion

Deleting the app removes all data stored on your device. To request deletion of any data associated with your anonymous ID from our backend, email us at eemur7@gmail.com and we will remove it.

Children

Moreish is rated for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above will change accordingly.
